What wax do you use in That Wick Girl candles?
We use 100% pure, natural soy wax sourced from non-GMO soybeans. Our candles are free from paraffin, toxic chemical additives, and parabens, ensuring a cleaner burn that is gentle for your home and pets.
How long does shipping take across India?
Ready-to-ship orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours from our studio. Standard pan-India delivery takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. We provide tracking updates once dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer complimentary standard shipping across India on all retail orders above ₹1,499. Orders below ₹1,499 carry a flat nominal shipping fee of ₹99.
Can I order custom gifts for Kitty Parties or Return Favours?
Absolutely! Kitty party return gifts and celebration favours are our specialty. You can choose from petite jars, bubble moulds, or luxury twin sets with custom foiled tags and colored ribbon bows. Minimum order starts at just 10 pieces.
How do I place an order or customize fragrances?
You can add items directly to your basket and click "Enquire on WhatsApp", or submit our Custom Gifting form. We love discussing scent profiles, personalization, and sending sample photos directly on WhatsApp.
What is the burn time of your jar candles?
Our standard 220g - 250g jar candles offer a clean burn time of 45 to 55+ hours when care instructions (trimming the wick to 1/4 inch) are observed.
Do you accept corporate bulk orders?
Yes, we partner with corporate organizations for client appreciation hampers, Diwali gifting, leadership retreats, and event giveaways. We offer institutional pricing, GST invoicing, and custom logo sleeve printing.
What should I do if a candle arrives damaged?
We pack every order with thick protective honeycomb cushioning and bubble wrap. In the rare event of transit breakage, simply share an unboxing video/photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery, and we will dispatch a free replacement immediately.
